The only other thing would be the dynamic balancing. The new piece may have to be turned in 60degree increments to find the best spot ... that is if you get rumbling sounds at certain speed.

Thank you. Everything is back together and torqued correctly. Still a slight metallic whine, but I'm guessing that's from having the calipers and rotor off and they're reseating themselves. Figured I'd take the wheel off, recheck the pads (which I think have plenty of life left), reset the caliper and see how it goes. Anything wrong with that plan?

Chock the rear wheels and put the transmission in N.
Lift the front and spin each wheel to see the source of the sound. It can be as simple as bent shield.
