Default should I do tire rotation?

This is the history:

4 new tires mounted at 114000 miles;

1 front tire broken at 125000 miles, can not be repaired

so I bought 2 new tires and mounted them on the front

now it is 139000 miles.

2 new front tires have 14000 miles on them.

2 old rear tires have 25000 miles on them.

so should I do tire rotation now, or wait 5000 miles or more?

Thanks

My front tires are Yokohama avid and rear are Goodyear Integrity. It seems that Yokohama are more anti-wear than Goodyear, so should I consider to delay to do tire rotation?

I would wait until the front tires are more wear than the rear.
