Engine Sound from 2001 RX 300
I had to drive my wife's 2001 RX 300 last night and noticed a weird sound coming from the engine compartment. I asked her about it and her response was, "is that not normal?" So I have no idea how long it's been doing this.
I've attached the audio here (taken from my phone):

I sat my phone on the front bumper to record this. Is that the serpentine belt? Any other ideas? Should I swap out the belt and see if that fixes the noise, or take it into the shop?
