Default Vacuum Switching Valve leaking

hi,

I have a 2000 RX300 & have recently noticed low idle like 300-500 rpm's. It will stall from time to time as well. I finally found what I believe is the problem. The vacuum switching valve on the drivers side appears to be leaking a significant amount of air. Is this infact the issue I am having?

If so it appears to be a simple repair am I correct? Any input is appreciated.

Thanks

Not to sound harsh, but you have found the problem. Are you guys having a problem making a fix? Or are you looking for a confirmation that a vacuum leak can cause idle issues?

My question is vaccum switching valve near the engine mount in front with clicking noise while holding brake in idle, is that normal? I have the idle vibration problem in D while stopping.
