19.5 mpg hwy @80 mph good?

No, that's a bit low.
In my AWD RX, I get 21.5 mpg on winter gas (i.e. usually means lower fuel economy) going at about 80-85 mph, at the same speeds on summer gas I was able to achieve 22.3 mpg avg. At more reasonable speeds, I can get 23-24 mpg.

That's a little rich. I get probably 22-23 even at 80-85. And I have the 2wd. But Florida is flat and generally not windy enough to throw off the car.
And I have had no issue pushing the RX above 85. It feels as stable as ever. Not that I do it often, but the times I have it's been fine.
