Question No power over fuse 3 (bad ground connection)

Kid came home and said right (passenger) side low beam was not working.

Switched the right and left low beam fuse and right and left light bulb, still not working.
Brought out the volt meter and had zero volt over fuse 3 and 12V over fuse 4 left (driver side) low beam.

What should be my next step?

Wording has me confused. Are you measuring [ Measure 1 :gnd -to - fuse (one end) ; Measure 2 gnd -to- fuse (second end)]

If fuse is good then both measurements should read +12v.

If you have no +12v on the primary side (battery side) then you have to check other fuses (dont forget the fuse box in engine compartment).

Sorry for my bad English not a native speaker.

I took out the fuse and use the volt meter to check the voltage between the fuse slots two connectors . I got nothing over fuse slot 3 and 12 V over fuse slot 4.

Fuse 3 is in the fuse box in the engine compartment. I assume that I have power to all fuse if some of the fuses have power.

Default Bad ground connection on right headlight

OK, I think I made some progress. My right headlight has a bad ground connection. That is why I have no zero voltage over fuse 3.

Where should the right headlight be grounded?
