Default Plugs and coils

Changing plugs and coils on a 2001 RX 300. Curious as to use Bosch, NGK or Denso Iridium plugs and which brand of coils to buy.

Recommended spark plug:

Denso SK20R11
NGK IFR6A11

OEM Coils are Denso

Stick with OEM stuff on sensors, plugs & coil-packs.

Stay with OEM and never, never, repeat, never put Bosch in this vehicle....you have been warned.

I thought I had recommended OEM. Why are there three replies restating what I said? It there a post count contest or something?

play nice now guys.

Misfitfit, the OP (Mustangboy) I'm sure was looking for peoples (as in many) opinion on what he/she should use. You came in good with first one for OEM, but maybe others have had good luck with other brands. Just because other's stated also that OEM is best, doesn't mean that they're riding on your post. Also, if out of 100 posts, 80% say OEM and 18% say something else, while 10 people say don't get Bosch, then the OP can get a good sampling of what the deal is.

I too would recommend OEM only just because it's what the car came with so why go with an unknown if you've had good experience.

Thank you all for the input. Another question would be which NGK plugs to use ?
Iridiumd LASER or Iridium IX ?
