WAAG or other NERF Bars?
Hi,
I just bearly lost an auction for a set of WAAG chrome nerf bars... man they looked sweet.
Anyway, the bids got pretty high and I thought I would be able to find a set cheaper elsewhere. I've been looking all morning.
Has anyone else here bought a set for their RX? How much did you pay, and where did you shop? Also, what's the level of difficulty in installing nerf bars? Some you bolt on and some are "no drilling required". What's the performance difference?
Thanks,
Hando

P.S.
I did a search and came up with 1 pretty good thread talking about chrome nerf bars. Several of the links were outdated. I'm hoping you guys might have some new information.
Thanks!

You can order some waag sidesteps from www.autoanything.com for $289.95 plus free shipping. The sidetsteps are not chromed.
I think Sewell Lexus have chrome sidesteps by Waag.

search around... i remember finding this one website through a seach on yahoo.com for those side steps for about 350... manik ones. But i dont remember. I'd go with the Manik Side steps, stainless steel is alwasy better but even though it says no drilling required... prepare to drill... i havn't done this so i would'nt know how hard or easy a job this would be.
good luck
