Replaced Left Headlight assembly after an accident..

I normally have my fog light on whenever the headlight come on and recently noticed that the left foglight never goes off, when I flash the bright lights of even when I turn them off on the stalk.
They do go off when I turn the lights off. In addition, when I flash or turn on the bright lights the left dim light goes off ( thought it should be always on)

The right side fog light goes off with the fog light switch and goes off when the bright light is flashed, The right side dim light stays on with flash or switch.

It is almost like the installer switched the left lights connections, between the dim light and the fog light. I swapped connectors and there was no change, same problem.

Any suggestions?

 

When high beams are turned ON, the fog lights automatically turn off (even if the fog switch is On.)
