I need to replace my front and rear brakes pads, front disk and both sides steering rack ends.
Can anyone please recommend where I can buy these parts and have them shipped by air mail to Israel. (I have all parts numbers).

I suggest, start with Club Lexus sponsors. Working with Lexus dealerships would be a plus. Make sure you give them the vin-number and insist that that they verify the part number you provided.

Also order all disposable parts, like crush washers, orings and gaskets, rubber hoses. Else you will be stuck at reassembly point.

Stay with OEM. Also read GS forum for some alternative suspension parts manufacturers.
