Default really need help

ok i have a 1999 rx300 seems to run fine check engine light is on and sometimes rpms will go on fritz when car is cranked sometimesit will bounce sometimes it will either be high or low and sometimes i guess the codes being thrown are causing the overdrive to come on resulting in high rpms while driving ok the codes are saying bank one 1 3 5 i talk to someone said it was probably the camshaft timing oil control valve talk to someone else said it was probably o2 sensor just curious on are what some of yall thoughts are this which one do i change the power pack o2 sensor or the camshaft control valve oh and on top of those problems every so often the problems will cause my brakes to go hard like no air and hard to stop wont push in at all could that be master cyclinder and why does it do it every bluemoon i can pump brake will cause myrpms to go down when stop i will appreciate any help thanks

The hard brake pedal is consistent with a bad oil control valve. Brakes are vacuum boosed and when the VVT-i system goes on the fritz you lose vacuum.
