All the shocks & Struts boots are torn!

Just rotation my tires today, I saw all my shocks and struts boots on front and back are torn.
Do I replace the boots only? or the whole thing boots/shocks and boots/struts? please advice thanks!

At that many miles I would not replace the struts unless and until they had failed.

All mine are ripped too. Doesn't mean they are broken. Don't replace unless they are leaking, or the ride has changed.
