The RX300 honeycomb grill looks similar to that, and it don't need to be modded to fit.

Here is mine car coach edition with honeycomb grill, it does not look similar to me

This bug shield called FORM FIT at that time I bought it from CANADA $105 shipped, then later I saw on ebay a guy he's selling those bug shields for all RX , here is a link
