Default 2000 RX300 using oil - New Valve Cover Fix

My wife's RX300 just started using oil after I replaced the PCV, the old one had gotten clogged. I have read numerous post on here about the re-engineered valve starting around 2004 for Lexus. I looked into buying a new valve cover but the dealer wants $255 with taxes. I ran across someone selling a valve cover from a 2004 ES330 on Craigslist and am wondering if this will fix my problem. I emailed the guy and his valve cover is part #11201-0A051, which is different from the one on my Lexus. The guy is just down the street from me in Indianapolis and he will even ship it for $60. Do you think this could fix my problem? I would much rather spend $60 than $255.

Thanks

According to my research, the p/n is 11201-0A060. But I have not yet bought one to confirm.
