Default gurgling noise ?

2001 rx300, I have a gurgling noise coming from the right side lower kick panel area under the dash, by the heater and ac box. Coolant and freon levels are good . I had the kick panel off and the sound is coming from it seems aluminum pipes that are very hot when i touch them. Any ideas what might be causing that noise. I'll try to take a pic or vid to explain more.

All indications are that coolant has air.

When you state that coolant is normal, how are you checking it? From overflow reserevoir?

Run engine till it the temp shows normal (near midway). Then run the heater (yes even when is it early summer), turn off the vehicle. Wait or wait overnight. With engine cold, open the radiator cap and see if the coolant is low in the radiator.

It is OK to add a cup of distilled water as that would not dilute your coolant mix to level of concern.

Refer to engine coolant DIY.
