2006 RX330 Lost power

My wife was driving our 2006 RX330 and lost power steering and brakes at the same time. The engine was still running. She was able to get the car off the road and park. I have driven iit since with no recurrence of the problem. Has anyone had this problem?

Are the drive belts intact under the hood? Just a guess. Also, check the 2nd generation forum, too!
