After replacing the spark plugs to Denso, did you reset the ECU? If so, did the CEL come back on? What codes this time?

When you say "lost compression" what do you mean? You lost power, I assume. When you dont get combustion in a chamber, that should be expected.

If you follow CL recommendation, we tell to stay away from Bosh plugs and go with OEM. If you are an enthusiast, then you will do your research and you may buy a different brand. Rest should stay with OEM.

last code --> are these your current codes or what you got after spark plug change?

The P030X codes are inevitably ignition coils, but as Salim mentioned above you should stick with OEM spark plugs. I use TorqueMaster plugs and for me they work because of modifications I have done to my vehicle with intake/exhaust, but on a normal RX300, OEM is the way to go.

Try replacing air filter. The back 3 valves arent getting air and its throwing off the timing.
