Default AC Noise

Need help or advice. Occasionally, i hear a whining noise from the AC/Heat Vent. It is pretty loud. Do anyone know what it is? or how to resolve it?

Default faucet?

Which vent or all the vents?

On a similar note, I get a swishing kind of sound from my driver side window vent from time to time. Something like running-water from a faucet... Lasts about 3-5 seconds and disappears. Last time I noticed it was a few minutes after starting up in really cold weather and having the heat on. Is that normal/ what could it be?

When you go from cold days to hot [when the mode servo tries to divert from foot level to face level] you hear a noise for about 15-20 sec. You may be able to reproduce it by cycling through mode button. If it is then it is your mode servo which is trying but is not able to overcome the detent. Please search on mode servo.

aznlapin, its only the vent by the front window. It last about 10 seconds and doesn't come back until I shut it off.
