I'm going to start taking pictures as I do further mods, so I'll post those as it happens.
The store is "Chi Wing LED product shop":
http://www.stores.ebay.com/id=70930951&ssPageName=L2
Free shipping and about 7-8 days from Hong Kong.
50 surface mount white LEDs - $26:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=26207
50 3mm white LEDs - $13.99
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...category=26207
So $40 in parts total.
Taking out the door controls is a pain - if you dont hit the hook holding them in correctly, you risk damaging the plastic... which is VERY VERY brittle.

Correct - but you have to make sure you get the LEDs the right way around. With the 3mm ones it's easy since you can match the orientation of the LED by looking inside it.
ps. If you use the "buy now" option, that guy throws in a pack of resistors so you can use the 3mm LEDs with 12v directly - which you will need if you plan to use them to replace any bulbs (not LEDs) in the dash - since the bulbs run off 12v.

Hey DeeVonn
Can you tell me how you removed the ***** on the 2 bottom controls on the radio/ a/c?
I posted my question here, but nobody with a RX300/Harrier replied.

Maybe I will try taking the whole radio out and see if I can get to behind the ***** to help push them off....
The ***** need to come off in order to access the PCB behind the radio faceplate right?
