Master Window Switch or Motor?

Master Window Switch or Motor?
Hi,
My 2000 RX 300 drive side window does not roll up anymore. So I went ahead and did lots of research and I disassembled the glass, master switch, window regulator and master window motor.
Here is my testing results:
1. master window motor with 9V DC, it works. reverse power cable, it works too! So I think window motor is functioning ok.
2. connect power, use voltage meter to check the master switch unit output (green/red wire feeding the motor), hit the switch up and down, I got both voltage readings about 10-12V. Polarity reversed.
3. Connect master switch, motor all together and test. Press button down, motor runs. Press button up, motor runs in the SAME direction. (this is causing the window does not go up)
4. there are 3 additional wires goes to the master window motor, I am not sure what they are. And I am trying to disconnect them and try whether power up and down will work. As it proves working in step 1 testing. And I think the auto/up and auto/down might messing things up there.
Any help would really appreciate.
Thanks,
-Chris

The relay on the switch panel is probably bad. They have been known to fail. My driver's side window did that and it was the relay.
You can open the windows with the remote key if you hold down the unlock button, but you can't close 'em with the key. Odd.
