7 DTCs, and Battery light on - a little help?

I must be missing something here. I thought your issue was already diagnosed as a faulty regulator. Do you prefer over-the-net diagnostics? Replace the thing and move on before you damage the rest of the charging system or spike the ECU...

So if during a right idle 500~700 your battery light does not come on, then the charging system can be considered good. If so, you can concentrate on other issues.
To eliminate the alternator (with diodes and regulator), take the thing off and take to auto shop for courtesy check. Also remember to loosen the alternator nut & bolt before messing with the tension (belt adjustment).

Does anyone KNOW where the voltage regulator is hidden? I've pulled the battery, followed the wires from the alternator into the fuse box, pulled the bolts so I could look inside... nothing in there looks like the picture I posted previously in this thread.
A picture would be great but a detailed description should work, too...

yeah, I will. Frustrating as all get out... my lock bolt is REALLY not wanting to move, nevermind there's only enough space to go 1 click with the damn ratchet. And then it wants to slip off the bolt head. -My kingdom for an air compressor and some power tools. Figures though that the pivot bolt breaks loose easy as can be... Well, got some PB Blaster on there - will wait for the 50+ degree day tomorrow to work on this some more, cuz I'm freezing my fingers off working on it this evening.

Open procedure:
1. Loosen Pivot bolt.
2. Loosen Adjusting lock bolt.
3. Spin down adjusting bolt.
Install procedure is reverse.
pivot bolt 41ftlb
Lock bolt 13ftlb
Rectifier and regulator are inside the rear cover of the alternator
