When should I replace my shocks/struts?
I installed Eibach Prokits and I'm not sure when I should replace my shocks and struts. My car squeaks when going over bumps but not sure what is causing the noise. Dunno if it's a loose nut in the wiper or the shocks and struts squeaking. I have 40K in a 2000 RX bought brand new so it's been cared for pretty well. I also installed some 18s so I'm not sure what is causing it.

There are two rubber seals, an upper and lower support.
For some reason, the lower support cracks/rips after awhile. It is nothing to worry about, but it will cost you some LABOR to replace.
At least it is not a clanging sound, which I knew was a broken shock.
