Front one works fine. I assume there is a separate pump somewhere for the back.

EDIT: I read the linked thread. That's a big help!

The pump is located behind the right front fender skirt. You can access it by removing the wheel and pulling the skirt away from the fender. The pump turns one direction to pump fluid to the front window and the opposite direction to pump to the rear window. If you access the pump you can disconnect the hoses from it and verify that the pump works. If it does then you have a clog in your tubing somewhere. Access the rear squirter and blow air or water through it in the reverse direction to clean it out (with the hose disconnected from the pump of course).
