Heating Problems
First I will say I have already replaced the blend air servo. The 2 pipes on my heater core are scorching hot and I have minimal heat on the passenger side and nearly none on the driver side. Can anyone please offer some suggestions?

Welcome to Club Lexus.
Pardon me asking this ... there are multiple servos. Are you sure you changed the blend servo and the arm is not stuck .

Yes it was the servo behind the heater core pipes. And there is good movement when I adjust the temp setting. Lexus suggested that I may be low on freon but I can't see where that could be a factor. I had another suggestion by a mechanic that there may be an issue with an internal hvac box and they would have to remove the dash just to check it. I have intermittent heat at best and the passenger side seems to work more frequently than the driver. I really hope there is not a lexus dealership visit in my future.

One more simple test.
With the engine cold (overnight rest) open the radiator cap and check the coolant level.

Coolant level is ok. The only thing I noticed is the previous owner used dexos coolant instead of standard antifreeze, but that shouldn't make a difference

Does your coolant temp (as indicated by H-C temp gauge in the cluster) move up to 40-50% mark) in 15 mins of driving?
Do you hear gurgling sound around the dash?
