Wiper Delay Not Working
My wiper delay is not working. When I switch to it, nothing happens, regardless of where I dial it in.
is there a fuse specifically for this, or a relay, or is it just the switch it's self that's gone bad?
I can usually just Google stuff and get answers but nothing matching my issue comes up - exactly.
Thanks in advance!

Patrick, welcome to the forum.
Yes there is a 25 amp fuse. This could be your problem. The fuse box is located right above the hood release, behind the box that flips out. You take that box out and your fuses can be seen. On the back of the little box you took out is the list of fuses and what each is for. On my RX the wiper fuse is second row from the left, 3 fuses down.
When I got my 1999 RX last year, the first thing I did was check all the fuses. 2 were out.
Check each one, one at a time. Pull it out, look at it to make sure its good, then replace it right away. That way you do not get confused where it goes.
Some fuses do more that just what is listed on the back on the box, that is why I suggest checking all of them.
If that is not the problem, then maybe a new wiper arm is needed. A replacement wiper arm at Autozone costs about $132 plus tax. I'm sure one from the Lexus dealer is twice that amount.
Hopefully its just a fuse.
