Its service history is perfect. All dealer serviced!!!

I would say yer good too. Mine has only 136,000 and some change miles on it and its a 99. Pretty low mileage for a 16 year old vehicle. and yea that definitely is a spring chicken at only 110,000 miles for a 99!. I would say thats a fair price too.

I take it that the RX300 is a FWD & not AWD.
I did a Kelly Blue Book on it. And put it in excellent condition, only 3% of cars are in this condition, like new, showing little to no wear anywhere, all service records etc.. KBB value in Excellent condition was $4964.00...VG condition $4579...good condition $4235.
My 1999 RX300 AWD had 174,000 miles when I got it last year, had new tires and in very nice shape everywhere and I paid $2000.
Kevin, it really doesn't matter what the price is or what you pay. Its all about if you like it or not. A cars value is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

I would take it to a independent mechanic and have it checked out. Points of interest are the transmission fluid and engine for sludge. Pulling the front valve cover and checking the fluid in the tranny for burnt and or condition would be a priority. They are great cars, however unless synthetic oil was used in engine, and the transmission was serviced on a periodic basis, I would hate to see you deal with sludge or a failed transmission after buying the vehicle. Whatever you do, do not ever do a transmission flush, drain and fill only.....Price seems a tad high to me. I sold my RX300 with 186k miles for $6000 three years ago, it was a 99 also. I would suspect a more fair price would be in the $5000 range.
