Default Someone...Help me

Ok so my dad has a 01 rx300 and was trying to get it inspected...and it failed, the guy said it was the 2 oxygen sensors that were running lean. Later I connected my obd2 device and started the torque app on my phone and got a list of codes, I know the two "too lean" codes are from the sensors that say it's running lean, then I get a code for the bank 1 and bank 2 ocv sensors that just replaced less than 3 months ago, they were new from O'Reillys... so I don't know what the heck is going on, ps. I cleaned the maf sensor and made sure I had no vacuum leaks for the lean codes, my air filter also has about 60% usage left, I did a seafoam treatment, also added some to the gas, for now I deleted the codes but I'm sure they will return, any help will be greatly appreciated!

What brand were those ocv's from O'Reillys and have you gotten and such codes before the ones your mentioning and after the install of the ocv's.

Also how many miles on the vehicle?

Generally, if you start getting the oxygen sensor codes over time, delete them, they come back, etc. the sensors are just getting degraded and need replacement.

Ok, the vehicle has 211,000 miles, the brand of part I replaced them both with was "the Dorman" and I got a CEL code for the oem ocv's that crapped out but never got a new one till now, yea I think the sensors are toast thanks for the reply!
