Refundable Deposit
FYI:
When I was shopping for an SUV, some of the manufactures tried to tell me that the deposit was NON-REFUNDABLE.......We'll without getting in my spefic background I will tell that this is illegal in California, UNLESS it clearly states that on a form YOU sign.
