Buying 00 RX 300 - What are your thoughts on this service history?
See attached service history report. Looks like second owner recently declined a service then got rid of car.
"CHECK ENGINE LIGHT DIAGNOSTIC CH ECK ~ ~LIGHT ON ~ ~104279 CUSTOMER DECLINED: REAR MAIN SEALAND BOTH A/F SENSO RS. CUSTOMER PICKED UPVEHICLE. "
Timing belt recently replaced, but the above maintenance declined. Anybody see any major red flags I should worry about?

Seems kind of sketchy to me. There's lots of holes in history for many years. I would assume things were then done at an indie shop?? That rear main seal is a bear to accomplish. The A/F sensors are fairly easy, but the main seal, Ouch...

So let's look at this. Its been trouble free for 106,000 miles. It just had the AC compressor replaced and brakes done. It needs two O2 sensors and eventually a rear main seal replaced. Its a 2000 which means the Tranny is just about ready to give up the ghost (..enter stage left, Salim to deny) LOL. The rear main can be replaced while the tranny is out. If you don't mind the occasional dripping of oil on the driveway, I don't see a problem with it. Again the big unknown is the transmission. It rarely throws a code before it craps out. so its impossible to know how much time is left. Could be 10 miles or 100,000 miles. Do you have an extra $4,000 to replace the tranny? How much are they asking for the truck?

OP your history here is with the dealer and issues the owner brought up to the dealership and the recommended service suggested by the dealer. We can safely infer that while under warranty, the vehicle had no issues.
Some times what is NOT listed in the history also has clues.
Actual services [oil changes] seems to have been done (if done) have not been recorded here in the history. If any repair has been done, it has been done at facility other than the dealership. The owner has some aversion to work being done at dealership (refusals) .. that does not necessarily mean anything bad, but then knowing the seller would help .. DIYer (hopefully competent), goes to a reputable shop.
Unfortunately, used car market has its unknown perils.

What do ya'l think about this one? It's got more miles, but a smaller gap in service history.
"NO REPAIRS COMPLETED ~ ~CAM SEALS AND VALVE COVER GASKETS ~ ~ ~ ~155251 00 DID NOT PERFORM." stands out
