Is there a such thing as changing your stereo in a 2001 Lexus RX 300, maybe to a updated stereo?

The best answer I can give you is to search the forum with that very question. There are a number of threads that have discussed this topic and there are even threads that are loaded with photos as well!
Start by using the button at the top of the thread list titled "Search" You can choose to search within the RX threads, and enter key words.
