Hi everybody, does anybody have any experience with the same issue i'm having?

My car does not start, and this happens intermittently, around every 2 weeks or so. Eventually it will end up starting.
155K miles

After doing some searches it MIGHT be the IAC that needs cleaning. Haven't tried hitting the gas when it fails, will try that next time..

Please read through the sticky 'having problems start here thread".

Next time try to hold the gas pedal 1/4 down. It seems the IACV is not letting the engine idle.

You'd have been so much better off taking pic of the side with numbers.. Or, even better, look up number on the side and then google "toyota part number ***********"
