Are these fluids normal color?

One on the top is oil (Pennzoil Synthetic) and the bottom is tranny fluid.

Asking because I want to make sure if it's time to change the fluid. Does the oil look new or old?

How many miles on oil and ATF? Why do you judge by color on napkin?
