Default Electrics Not Functioning

2000 Lexus RX 300. We changed a dead battery out a few days ago and the car starts just fine but now, other than the headlights and the door marker lights, none of the other electrics work--no other lights, power windows, locks, seats, no dash lights, radio or gauges and we can't shift out of Park. No fuses are blown.

Is it the ECU?

Seems like a fuse in the engine compartment. They are high current ratings and some are bolted in place.

Usually they pop when battery polarity is reversed or jump is given with wrong polarity.

Thanks. I'll check and see if this is the problem because I think that there was a cross polarity issue.
