Rough idle after a repair

I just had the valve cover gaskets replaced on my 2001 RX300 (200k miles) and now it seems to be idling a little rough. It's worse when it's just started. I did not notice it before the repair.

TAke it back and have them check the vacuum and PCV hoses.
