00 RX300 AWD starts and then cuts off
I have s 2000 RX300 AWD
i was running some errands a few weeks ago and after the 3rd stop when I started my car it turned over but immediately cut off I tried a few more times waiting a few minutes in between and it finally started up
a few days ago I stopped at the store on the way home from work (heavy traffic lots of stop & go) was in the store maybe 5 mins and again car turned over but immediately cut off. 30 mins later still would not start so left car and returned next day and started up.
my car now also is driving rough it wasn’t at first.
Auto Zone suggested I go get a full diagnosis because my car pulled so many codes but day before Easter and no one has time

Any suggestions on where to start?

Update: I dropped my car off at the shop this morning a bad coil was causing the misfires, once they replace that and clear the codes we will run them again and see what pops up to figure out why my car will start and then cut off (occasionally). They think it may be P1346 VVT Sensor/Camshaft position sensor circuit range.

i hope the shop is reputable and can track your issue down. The symptoms you mention sound very much like a loose ground to the ignition system....something i've experienced by accidentally forgetting to tighten the grounds after replacing spark plugs.

Update replaced ignition coil in cylinder 4 and car drove great and no codes.
Now a few days later on my way home my car started driving rough after I got off the highway and was stuck in stop and go traffic. I stopped by auto zone and I’m getting the below
