Default Fueling Problems

2000 lexus rx300
the fuel hose keeps tripping when I try to fill up. I replaced the carbon canister assy. and I still have the same issue. What else would cause this?

Assuming it is not the fuel pump house [you try another pump or try to pull out 1"- 1-1/2' out], there is a breather hose that vents the air out of the fuel tank. The vent/breather hose connects the tank to the filler hole. They merge pretty much near the top of the filler hole. If that hose gets clogged the air does not escape, causing the fill process to backup.

Sounds like your canister purge valve, or purge valve hose.
