Default Help, Error Codes, low gas mileage, lazy acceleration

Hello, I have a 1999 Lexus RX300 with a lot of problem.
I first did a scan 6 months ago when I first got the engine light on the dashboard.
The codes were P0171 P0300 P0301 P0304
I have replaced the spark plugs and the ignition coil for cylinder 1 and cylinder 4. The engine light went off for one month and start showing up again with codes P0302 P0171 P0300 P0304 P0306 P0305 P0303. I have replaced all the spark plugs with original NGK SR20 and all the ignition coils. After driving for 10 minutes the engine light show up again.
And here are the result :
Fault log report generated by Torque for Android
=================================================

Vehicle VIN: Not present
Vehicle Manufacturer: Unknown
Vehicle Calibration ID: Not present

Current Fault Log
------------------
P0300: Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0302: Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected (Powertrain)
P0304: Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected (Powertrain)
P0325: Knock Sensor 1 Circuit (Bank 1 or Single Sensor)
P0330: Knock Sensor 2 Circuit (Bank 2)
P0500: Vehicle Speed Sensor

Pending Fault Log
------------------
P0171: System too Lean (Bank 1)
P0306: Cylinder 6 Misfire Detected (Powertrain)

Historic Fault Log
------------------
ECU reports no historic faults
Other discovered fault codes
(possibly pending, current or manufacturer specific)
----------------------------------------------------

End of report.

I don't understand, is there somthing that I missed? The first scan were made with my mechanic. Since he charged me 20usd per scan I've decided to purchase my own OBD scan to read the codes.
I've seen many threads on this forum with those errors but I can't understand the Powertrain that Torque add next to the misfire code because I've changed all the spark plugs and all the coils before this scan. I really need your help.

Thanks

We lack the history ... like timing belt was changed and the problems showed, Oil gel situation etc.

I would suggest check the bank 2 [front] OCV [oil control valve] there is a DIY.
