Well, to be honest, P brake does not have enough hold to prevent car from moving in either direction. So it's no P brake.
Get her up on stands and see if you can manually spin wheel you worked on, with gear shifter in N. If you can, problem is not on the brake end. If you can't take it all apart and check how easily caliper piston can be pressed back. Even lay caliper horizontal, piston up, and squirt a good liquid lubricant onto piston, between piston and dust boot on it, so that it soaks down between .piston wall and its bore. Sorta sounds like you ended with seized caliper - or there is no return of hydraulic fluid back into system. pinched something, or bent.

At times the problem with doing too many jobs is one forgets to check the work. Did you spin the wheels to make sure there is no drag. Specially after applying the brakes.

Double check the part numbers on your rotors. FWD and AWD use different rotors and will bind like that if they are the wrong ones.
