This lightweight crank pulley I have is from a company called Underdog Racing Development (see photos) no longer made, but NonStopTuning makes it for the same 1MZFE engine found in our RX300s. This pulley has no negative effects (I have had one on mine for 12+ years) and there is a noticeable horsepower gain with it. It takes a mechanic about an hour of time to replace.
