i have a problem kick between the 2nd and the third gear
.but i fix with with reset transmission ...it comes back after a week or 2 . and sometimes last a month ..whats the problem?

Well, it's electronically controlled transmission... So either sensors are getting there, or passages getting plugged.
Run a can of Transtune in transmission for about a week of driving, then do ATF drain/refill. Otherwise, you need scanner capable of reading transmission codes.
