Personal light = map light in the front?
On its lens there are four small notches, two along the long side facing the front, two on the other long side facing the back. I used a small flat screwdriver and carefully pried the lens off. I don't remember which long side I pried.
By the way I replaced the map light with a white LED bulb, brighter than the stock bulb.

It is hard to tell the expertise level ... so please excuse me (or better still ignore this post), if my information is too trivial.
If you swap to LED bulb they, draw different amount of current. Some circuits monitor the current to tell if something is wrong [like the brake lights]. Vanity lights and map lights have no such monitoring.
The other thing to watch out is that LEDs are polarity sensitive. When you install one, please check that it works before you button up.
The other is purely esthetics ... I would swap all instead of having one build put out different shade of light.

Thanks for the tip. looks like I found some on Sylvania automotive site. I'll just focus on changing the interior doom and map lights for cost reason. I got interested in the LED as my newer rx has it.

What LED bulb did you replace it with? I looked it up, it says the replacement is a DE3175, I had a spare, but it is way too small compared to the stock one.
