Default Lean Code and crazy fuel trims.

I bought a rx300 a month ago only to find someone had punched out the CEL. Yay. Borrowed a reader and I’m getting lean code along with misfires on 2,4,6. It will run fine on premium fuel - which is how the little dealership got me. Once you use regular unleaded it runs really rough, especially at idle. Went to change O2 B1 S2 only to find carpet was cut and the old one wasn’t even connected. Bolt and nut are so rusty and half gone I haven’t been able to get it out yet. Tried to clean MAF - messed up resistor and had to buy a new one. Both upstream AF sensors seem to be working I can see voltage going up and down. But what really gets me confused is when I started looking at my fuel trims. They will be fine when engine is reset but once it’s going for 20min or so trim on bank 1 Ltd will be -20% and bank two left will get it to like +50%. I’m sure that’s where my misfires and 02 sensors are getting CEL on from. But I can’t figure what could be causing the banks to act so differently. I don’t know if this could have any influence, but the fuel vent doesn’t seem to be working right and you have to fuel at like half speed to fill or it overflows. I’m just looking for some direction as really don’t want to put a ton of money in this thing trying to guess what is weong with it.
