Sat radio and bluetooth?
I have a SAT radio with an AUX input via a tape deck adapter. This works fine, but I also need to add hands-free bluetooth. I haven't been able to find any Sirius add-on units that also does phone connectivity...so I'm trying to figure out how to manage these 2 outputs into one input. I'm looking for either a splitter that has a master and a secondary input that will switch over to the master when it detects a signal, a SAT unit that will also serve as a bluetooth receiver, or a hands-free kit that has a second AUX input on it so I can pass the SAT signal through it when there's no call.
Has anyone come up with a solution to this?

change the radio. simplest way to get Bluetooth, Sirius xm and an aux if you still wanted. Or download the siriusxm app on your phone and stream it Bluetooth on the radio if and when you change it, or plug in the aux.
