Hey, I just got an '01 RX300 as well... and like you, I'm looking to change it up a bit.
So far, here are some good sites I've found. But I'd love to see some more recommendations.
http://www.lexus-parts.com
http://www.spoilerdepot.com (they sell on ebay slightly cheaper if you catch them)
http://www.etrailer.com
Post 'em if ya got 'em. I'm thinking of making a simple RX300 page like I did for my motorcycle. Any thoughts on doing this? Here's my bike site if anyone gets curious.

There aren't that many rim setups that fit the RX300 well. Depending weather you want 17, 18, 19 or 20. If your gonna go with new sneakers for the RX, then get at least 18s. The RX330 wheel in chrome is a nice wheel http://www.capitalwheels.com/newsite/index.html
I bought some ADR Kasai that are 18x8 with a 38mm offset with 235/55/18 Michelin Energy MXV4s and I didn't have to use spacers and no rubbing either. I have about 1/3" clearance at the rear strut. This is the problem area on the RX. 255/55/18 tires didn't fit so I went with the 235 instead. By the way, 235/55/18 is the stock tire for the 18" wheel/tire combo on the RX330.
Hope this helps ya a little.

I posted a pic of my RX with the new wheels in another thread.
