Could exhaust leak trigger Code P0136?

Probably necessary at this point 
I will go over my service records, but I don't think I ever replaced that sensor at any point while I have this vehicle.
Denso # 234-4215 is the replacement part, if my research is correct.

Hopefully this is the final update and I can put this issue to rest.
Last Wednesday on the 13th, had a bunch of things done at the local repair garage. B1 S2 sensor was replaced with the appropriate Denso part at the same time.
Since then, no Check Engine light and no codes stored in ECU
