Seat Belt Release Failure

Seat Belt Release Failure
The driver side seat belt disconnect (release) on my 2002 RX300 with 183K miles barely releases. It feels like an internal spring failure. I tried lubrication with no success. Any tips on replacement? I see used ones on eBay for a reasonable price.

I posted a DIY, please check the DIY link sticky link thread.
It is a safety item. Just purchase a new one. Lubing is not the best idea for seat belt buckle. Nothing else it can soil your clothes.
