I have very good experience with installing car stereo systems. Has anyone here installed an amp and subwoofer with their stock system? I don't want to replace my head unit. does anyone have the wire schematics? thanks..

If you want to keep the stock headunit but want more bass, try the Infinity Basslink. I think it sounds great and doesn't take much space. It's an amplified 10" subwoofer all-in-one package. If you're not looking to wake up the neighborhood, this is it.

In my area, Circuit City had them on display in the car audio section. You can get a good idea of size, but not sound. In the store, the Basslink didn't sound anywhere near as good or loud as it does directly hooked up to your vehicle.

i am definately looking to wake up the whole neighborhood.. haha.. jk.. but i already have an amp and box set up.. i have an old school cerwin vega 12 vega series.. and i need to know where to find the necessary connections needed to install the amp...
