Rear positive camber

Rear positive camber
One tire in the rear is wearing on the outer shoulder and car is used to carry some heavy load for work.
After putting it on the alignment machine, it was not a toe issue, but a positive camber.
factory preference is -0.6, it's at 0.2 right now. So about 0.8 out.
Is there any leeway with the bolts on the current strut to push the camber back into the negative?
or I do need to get camber kit?
Trying to somewhat correct this as tires need replacement too.

Camber bolt. Toyota does not provide camber sadjustment.
Though it's weird. Under load, wheels go into more negative camber. What results in wear on the tire inside, not outside.
Should be rotating dem tires every oil change.
