No power to the fuel pump

Check voltage at [E] and move sequentially down to the fuel pump. There are two relays in the path. If there is a break then check that the primary side of the relay coil is being energized.

The problem is not generic and it needs to be diagnosed with the help of the attached circuit diagram .. thanks to @Margaret

Best is to trace back from the pump for 12v. Keep in mind it is not constant [modulated on/off ... in case of an accident the pump is cutoff]. Bringing the key closer or opening the door to enter is a signal for the ECU to turn on the pump to prime up the pump.
