also do you have the link to where you ordered this from, does it come with cable for usb, do you have to add any additional cables...and also will this fit a 1999 lexus rx300...

Don't know about MP4; I don't play videos in the car.
But it's Android so I would guess it depends on the player you use

I am wondering how long it will take for a screen size to come out and get rid of a lot of the boarder looks like a inch gap all the way round allowing room for a future 12 inch screen.

I just installed mine a couple day ago works good android auto works perfect just need to figure out how to change the temperature from Celsius to Fahrenheit if you have any questions or suggestions let me know
